Cardio Kickboxing is a power packed cardiovascular workout infused with intense kickboxing moves and performed to high energy and motivating music! Each full body workout consists of a warm up, higher paced intervals, easy to follow punching and kickboxing combinations, strength and endurance training and a cool down designed to maximize results and have fun at the same time! All fitness levels welcome.
The new Cardio Kickboxing schedule begins August 4th at Al Lima’s Studio of Self Defense, from 7:00PM to 8:00PM on Tuesday August 4th. Thursdays classes will be from 7:15PM to 8:15PM. The new Tuesday/Thursday class schedule will continue every week with the first class beginning August 4th.
